This brush won't dry out your hair! Use on already dry hair, especially second-day hair that needs a refresher. This will straighten your hair and give you loose curls if you have longer hair. I was able to do without the curling iron as this brush does a great job on my fine, thick hair that falls just below my shoulders. I comb from the bottom up and wrap my hair around it and hold it for a few seconds to get the perfect curl. I love it!

Hey I have a curly pop and an iron and thought I'd try this product. On the other hand, it is DUAL VOLTAGE 110-240V, plugged in at home, 220V, works fine. I have long, thin, wavy hair and when I put it in a ponytail I have a huge "dent" in my hair, even if it's a little damp when I pull the ponytail out. I was hoping I could find a way to use this brush to straighten my hair or create waves that would mask the ponytail on day two. Certainly not. It's really just a glorified crest.
