We've been using Insightful for about 5 years and haven't had any issues.

I like that it has all of my accounts in one place, so if there's an issue with any account (ie- insurance) they're all linked together to help me find what needs attention first. It takes some time to get used to how everything works, but once you do, its very easy! Nothing really. If it were up to me, i'd make sure every customer could see their own report at anytime. As it stands now only customers who have purchased our service can view reports. That would be nice. We've been using this…

My Clients Are Tickled By How Timely They Receive Inspections

I can easily track my inspections from one location to another. There are no issues with this program so far. It's easy to use and has everything you need in order to run your business efficiently. The customer support has been great as well. I wish it was more user friendly, but if you know how computers work, they're not too difficult to figure out. This program helps me keep track of what I'm doing at any given time, which gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm doing everything in my power…
