Used for Halloween costumes. I had to use double sided tape to keep it from sliding off. Other than that, it did the trick.

Technically as described, but the material is very cheap, huge, wide and long, not recommended for a small person, but if you don't care about the quality, it will suit you!

Considering that this is a product that is usually bought and used once, I am very happy with it. I bought this for my Carrie Halloween costume for a haunted ride I was in and I think I paid about $6-7 for it. I wore it several times and it was completely covered in fake blood. I bought this belt for a Halloween costume. It is of very poor quality but given the low price it was what I expected and it did the job. When it arrived it was very wrinkled and falling apart at the seams (as can be seen in the photo taken before first use). It probably won't last more than one use if you don't take the time to flash it again. The seams were very loose, so it's no surprise that it started falling apart.
