Great idea to make it look like a poncho - a looser fit makes it easier to put on and wear. Protects my face well from the sun and works as a face mask when needed. I also like the long sleeves that cover the arms.

Almost drowned in this model. It's good and I've mostly hit it to wear on my soup but never again. Another rower bumped into my board and when I fell the hood covered my face and free hands tangled my arms. It was only through my training with my partner's lifeguards that I freed myself from the hood and pulled myself out of the cold water. Just don't put it on the water. je.

I LOVE sun protection, but what's even better is that the material stays cool on a hot day, so the extra layer makes you feel more comfortable, not less. The only thing I didn't like was that the neck piece barely protrudes past the chin, but just enough to not cover the nose and mouth and too much to be comfortable. Also, the hood doesn't reach too far, so you still need a beanie. For guns? +!

Just received. I'm short with sticky arms, small neck and head and the medium size is perfect for me. I'll wait until a day without rain to test the UV blocking claims. I will bare one arm and put sunscreen on it and cover the other arm with a hoodie. Then I'll take my dog for a pleasant walk and see if there's a noticeable difference. I read that these zippers are fragile so I will not tumble dry the sweatshirt.

Ideal for light sun protection. This allows your skin to breathe in hot weather while providing good sun protection. It has eye protection and you can wear sunglasses for full coverage. Great for sun loving people like me who have battled skin cancer. The only downside I can think of is that it will show dirt or stains quickly if you use it for sports or hiking, but I would definitely recommend it anyway.

Super cute scarf style sweatshirt made from super light soft fabric. I hardly felt the warmth of the sun in it. I wish it was a little longer but I still plan on wearing it with long tops. The sleeves are a bit long as I'm small (5ft 3in) but not too uncomfortable.
