The description says the item was silver colored. The item I received was more like bronze. I keep it, too much hassle to send it back.

I've ordered 2 of these hourglasses. You are not working. I started the return process but it just slowed down my return. I have to get them both back.

In general the look is nice. But it doesn't look like it's very well done. The sand filling tends to get caught on the inside of the glass bulbs and it randomly stops during use like it's clogged so I have to tap it a bit to get it working again. I couldn't get it to work without such a clog. I've also tried cleaning glass bulbs to see if that can fix any obvious static build-up. I'm still not in a dry environment. This is a solid hourglass with a beautiful finish that would look good on a large table or shelf. It feels heavy when lifted, it's very stable, and the sand flows evenly for a full 60 minutes, creating a slight cascading or landslide effect on the ground every few seconds as the collected cone of sand reaches the tipping point. The aged brass finish is exactly what I was looking for, but I imagine light brass would look just as pretty if your decor was a little different. Mine runs for about 61
