I am allergic to some of the materials that belts are made of and the beltbro has helped me a lot! It still slips like a strap when moving, but that's normal. Love it. Easy to use and holds the pants well. Because I have many food intolerances, my stomach often feels bloated. It didn't put pressure on my stomach like regular belts do. This product is very disappointing. I'm a home seamstress and this is nothing more than a velcro strap with leather attached. The side Velcro straps are very prickly and if the skin on the waistband of the pants is spilled, it will rub and cause irritation. If the manufacturer can solve this problem by putting softer material or binding around the edges, they will solve this problem and be a better product. I was really looking forward to this product but was totally disappointed after the first few days of use. Full disclosure I'm a tall dude at exactly 300lbs with a belly and no ass lol.
