Great case for my husband's clamshell phone. He likes the clip so he can attach it to his belt. Not much choice and I think this is one of the best.

Please note this is not a retractable phone holder, you must detach it from your belt to answer or make a call. time to pack

If you are considering a new "dumb" clamshell phone. Consider this cover. It fits perfectly and does not interfere with using the phone and protects all surfaces. No need for screen protectors and the like. A big compliment to your new (as my grandchildren say - dad's old phone) mobile phone.

Solid and solidly made - but not, contrary to advertising, under the Kyocera Dura XV LTE phone. I had to push the case of the phone in - apparently the case was too tight - and since the flap of the phone was trapped at the top of the case the phone couldn't close properly. This means the backlight stayed on and drained the battery power. To remove the case I literally had to use an X-acto knife and carefully cut it off (while being careful not to damage the phone)! Please note this is a non-detachable phone bracket, you need to release the belt clip to answer or make a call. The fit is very tight but it's ok if you take the time to assemble it

This is a two piece set. Flip cover and base cover that snaps on the back. Both fit well. A little tight when new, but quickly becomes unusable. This allows access to all ports and buttons. This is not a holster, it is a case with a belt clip. To use your phone hands-free, you must remove it from your belt. The clip is strong and secure. My wife recently swapped out her clamshell for a new Kyocera clamshell due to AT&T's turn to move to 4G. She saw this suitcase and asked me to order it. It looks pretty good and appears to be well made, but I warn potential customers that you'll have to struggle a bit to fit the phone into the case.
