Has helped me keep my staff compliant which results

I have used Benchprep for about 2 years now, it works great! It is easy to use, the training material has improved over time too. My one issue with their product would be that they don't offer discounts as much anymore. The pricing system was always so confusing but now you basically want all or nothing in terms what features you get. If you are looking for a cheap way of doing Online Learning then this could work for your organization however if you need more bells & whistles than maybe there…

Pros
  • Easy interface quick learning curve even though lots going into setup..and once set up its pretty straight forward from here out.very user friendly!! You'll see everything very fast when using bench prep versus other products like Teambox etc which require alot f clicking around trying find info..lots easier at BPC!!! And best part free trial :)
Cons
  • Can only run 1 course per year / day.
  • Updates take forever sometimes; long processing hours

Great Learning Management Platform- Highly Customizable

I appreciate that we were able to customize it for our needs, but I wish there was more guidance with regard to how much time each activity should take (and in which order). It's easy enough to move around once you figure out what takes too long or are not needed at all; however, this is where someone who has experience setting up similar tools might be helpful!
