Well thought out, efficient!

I mainly use this head on a monopod. Just the perfect size and it easily supports the weight of my 10lb Mamiya RX67. And by the way. I love the blue and black contrast of the Benro products.

Works well on a monopod

Smooth and strong ball head. The Arca-Swiss compatible lock's security grip is excellent. Pointless as the ball head is single action If you want to pan, get one with a separate knob for that function.I use it on a monopod so panning isn't necessary.

Cheaper and better Revain ball head than Benro IN2

Overall the workmanship of the ball head is very good, the 70-200 lens holds without problems, but if it loosens there is too much ball play. Even my cheaper Rocketfish or Buddiesman ball heads have no play, even if they are completely loose. Please watch my video for reference.

Great functionality but noisy movement

I was happy to find a simple single action ball head to replace my worn out Manfrotto head. I photograph architecture for my day job and one lever for all movements makes my work quick and easy. Although the tripod head does this, I was in no way expecting this tripod head to be that LOUD. Generates too much noise in 360 as well as ball movement. For that reason alone I had to go back.

Small, light, secure

I used this with the ultra slim Platypod tripod and the Sony Alpha 7Riii. I wanted a small ball head to throw in my camera bag with the platypod. I like the double action latch for the mounting plate which makes it difficult to accidentally dislodge the plate. Note that on this model, one arm tightens both the ball joint and swivel base - if you need independent control for that, you'll need the more expensive IN0 model.
