Great tool overall - Would benefit greatly if there was something available regarding permissions

I like being able to see which tasks or people are assigned to me (which of the projects/tasks are still open). I can't seem to set up a project or task where an individual is not able to edit their own task. I can only edit the tasks assigned to them, which isn't how I want to use it. I have had a project where one person is completely not able to edit their own task, or the tasks assigned to them. I have had to email their supervisor to have it editied. BentoCRM provides excellent solutions, great service & outstanding product quality

The user interface is very simple to understand and use for both new users and experienced users alike! I love that all my team members have access to this tool from any device or location so it's easy for us to stay in touch with our clients at anytime via chat/email etc!! There isn't anything major i dislike about bento but if there was one thing it would be having more customization options such as color schemes available through templates (such as using blue instead of black colors). Please
