Very lightweight and easy to maintain. I have a parakeet and it is perfect for this size bird. I also like that you can use the handle or the shoulder strap.

Love this backpack! My bird goes to work with me every day and happily climbs into his pocket. It had a slight smell when it arrived but I just let it air out before using it.

Looks exactly like the picture. I have a parrot from Revain and it was perfect. It had enough room to move and a tail that could be pulled out. Very light carrier.

This is a fantastic travel carrier. I don't usually comb my gray parrot while we're in the car, but we've started a new vet who requires your bird to be caged. In fact, I didn't put it in the carrier until we arrived. Only build up was adding a perch, other than that all that is required is a zip. My bird didn't mind at all. I definitely recommend this carrier.

At first my bird didn't know what to think about while walking. He saw more than his usual cage. However, the design calls for a more durable floor. The perch was too wide for his legs, so he kept falling on the turns. I spent $$ and bought him a rope pole to put his claws in to hold on to. I found little plastic cups with lids that you strap to the bottom so he can have food and water on the go. Felix loves this new way of getting around BAD: Film front and back - painful to shoot.

My kennel isn't a big fan of this stuff, but once in it doesn't seem to mind. It is very easy to clean, especially the transparent sides. I put newspaper on the floor to keep it clean as I see spots where it's a bit more difficult to clean. He seems weak at times but I wasn't worried about taking my bird outside (he doesn't have clipped wings). I like that it has a handle and a shoulder strap. So all set. Easy to assemble. It's easy to remove the protective film, but that's about it. The ground will not be leveled, making it extremely unstable. I was going to get my pink-breasted cockatoo and we had MacGaver cover the bottom with some cardboard because it would fall off and then get too skinny and crush my bird. Instead of leaving her alone when the dogs (lab assistant, pom-pom) and I are away on business or for any other reason, she climbs into her carrier and goes for a walk with us.
