Love these hinges, love the soft close system, have used them to replace old broken hinges, very close to what I had before , but it's better like this, I will definitely buy them again

Installed two cabinet doors I built. The doors had a 1/2 inch overhang on each side (both top and bottom). Self installed. A step-by-step installation guide would be nice, but I managed to do it. I recommend.

This is almost a full rosette but to prevent the door from hitting the frame I had to bevel the inside corner. And with a 90° opening (as far as I could open it even after the modifications) I had a gap of about 1/8 inch between the door and the frame.

These are my favorite hinges. I used them on a bezeled cabinet but used a couple of shims to set them flush with the bezel and they came out nice and smooth. They close smoothly and the best part is there is a button on the back to unlock the hinge so you can easily remove the door for sanding, maintenance or whatever. Very helpful during the project and organizing everything.

Product is good and made of steel not a cast faceplate which is a good thing. The mounting plate I replaced was cast zinc and some of it broke. Mounting bolts were not supplied for installation as stated in the description, had to use old bolts and buy new ones. Items were not individually wrapped. all loose in a big package from the post office. They arrived 3 days after ordering instead of 1 week after ordering which was great.

There was an original hinge on our front frame cabinet last week. (Mepla hinge part number 596.290.91.00 on back) Unable to find a matching hinge at any of my local hardware stores I decided to try online. These hinges were an exact replacement for my worn Mepla 674.329.53.00. I believe Mepla were the original hinges when my house was built in 1993. I swapped out a pair and the screws for a frame wing were at the very end of the bracket so you may have issues depending on your installation. The door panel fits perfectly.
