Waste of Money in my review

My analysis of this product showed that it failed to do what it was built to do. The software is confusing and caused multiple issues, and the instruction manual is almost useless. The only good thing is the physical design, but that is not enough to make up for the defects. This product is a complete waste of money.

A little disappointed.

. Have now switched to 7x. That works fine. (I wish he would fall asleep after copying). DO NOT BUY previously returned discounted units. If you need it, just buy a new one and don't fight the one that didn't work on the previous type. Hope that helps! David (in Colorado)
