Awesome Headphones - Over-Ear Headphones

I really like these headphones. Bought for games and music. The picture and sound stage are amazing. In CSGO, you can hear footsteps anywhere on the map. The bass is also very good for an open back. They sound better with an amp, but you can control them without one, although they're not too loud. I use JDS Lab Atom and it manages these headphones perfectly. Tried Pro and Premium. DT 990 Pro Limited Edition and Arctis Pro Wireless

Judging by sound quality alone, the Dt 990 pros always win. I play a lot of competitive first person shooters and hear footsteps much better with the DT 990 Pro. The headphones are lighter compared to others I've used like the Turtle Beach and Arctis Pro Wireless. But they are all comfortable. I would say that the DT 990 pro is a little more comfortable from the start and gets even more comfortable as you use it. They're both pretty well built (they should be a bit more expensive). Great all-rounder. But take an amp with you.

EDIT: Following another user's comment, I went through my review and saw that there may be some apparent ambiguities that I didn't make want to notice. So I did a second pass to clarify my position on a couple of things. Although I don't consider myself a music lover, I do like good headphones. The DT990 250 Ohm is a very good set. Now I have Senns.
