An audio lover's dream at an unbeatable price ($217 at the time of writing)

My favorite headphones are my dt770 pro. So when I started looking for a pair of ANC headphones, I was thrilled that after a few years on the market, beyerdynamic had an extremely reasonably priced offering. It was between them and the Sony M4s ($399). I didn't like the sound of the Bose headphones at all (although they had best-in-class ANC), and the AirPods max were overpriced and didn't offer a lossless wired connection option, so they weren't discussed either. Pros, cons and advantages of Beyerdynamic Lagoon (HR) headphones.

Advantages: __________ Very compact and can be folded by yourself. You will find a place in almost every bag. USB-C for charging. USB-C means faster charging compared to the alternative micro-USB found on some headphones. It doesn't, so it's a thumbs up in my book. The main panel is the right ear cup and is very touch sensitive. Finally great headphones for my life!

I've had a number of failed attempts to find great headphones. Hour and too heavy to transport, bad case. PX-7 is so upset by this that everyone shows up and doesn't leave. The soundstage is so muffled I couldn't stand it. I'm still bitter that I sold my PX for it. Beats Solo Pro, good sound but a bit too harsh on the ears and the click to fast forward the song is insanely loud. I also had problems with Skype. The PXC 550 loved them but didn't work with Skype or call commands at work which…

The sound is amazing and doesn't drop out!

After buying the Bose Quite Comfort, then in my opinion the switch to the Sony XM2 model, then the switch to the Sennheiser Momentum for better sound quality I am glad to have switched to Lagoon ANC headphones now as there is no comparison when it comes to sound quality when comparing these 4 headphones against each other.
