FALSE MARKETING!: Vacuum cleaners and floor care

4X SUCTION POWER? HARDLY! I used to have 3 Black + Deckers and this vacuum is no different than the one I bought a year ago. This statement was decisive for the purchase. Unfortunately it's only 30 days old so I can't return it. Works well with good suction but that's not what they claim. I think they made a mistake by not having a fold out brush. I threw my working vacuum cleaner in the trash and bought this one. The Hoover design was one of those types where the entire dirt collection front was removed to take out the filter and then discard the dirt. The problem was that the latch holding the front of the vacuum cleaner was cheaply made and the whole damn thing could fall off while you were working. The charging system on this vacuum cleaner is terrible. Ideally, a vacuum cleaner needs a hangar where it can be placed to charge. As with the previous similar model, you need to connect a tiny plug. Unlike the previous model that had a small single prong plug that could be plugged in without worrying about alignment, this vacuum has a plug with an alignment rib that requires alignment before plugging. to connect and offers poor quality.
