Doesn't work with Cycliq

Bought Cycliq for my camera after reading reviews. This does not work with Cycliq Fly 12ce. Unless you want to write down what's happening around you. He doesn't look ahead, he just looks at the steering wheel. It has a curved arm so it points to the side. Tried the opposite sides of the mount and still the same problem.

Works as it should: Sport and Outdoor Accessories

Works great and looks solid as it holds my heavy Cycliq12 camera and Garmin Edge 20. I think I got a refund as the box wasn't sealed and some parts were missing but some spares in my bike tool bag solved this problem as I install a camera on the bike for a ride the day the item arrived had to, so 4 stars. I also noticed that the Garmin is not 100% centered. It looks like it's tilted a few degrees, but that's only noticeable during anal sex.

Not for older bikes

WARNING: The Fly 4 Max handlebar is ONLY compatible with oversized handlebars with a stem clamp diameter of 35.0mm (or 31.8mm when using the included spacer) compatible. I tried mounting it to a standard 25.4mm handlebar with a thicker washer and immediately rounded the socket head down to the 2.5mm of the included M4 x 20mm pan head screw. Regardless of the diameter of your handlebars, I recommend replacing the included mounting bolt with another with a larger and more forgiving hex socket…

I had to contact support to find out how to screw everything in correctly because the instructions that came with it didn't have a step-by-step description. If you follow the photo and this text, then it's easy. How to use: 1. Turn the mount upside down, insert the LR nuts into the Wahoo holes.2. Place the GoPro base on the nuts and attach the nuts to the GoPro3 base. Fasten, flip, install long screws in the top and bottom holes, tighten GoPro4. Place the Wahoo head and install the short…

upset. Causes a "jelly effect " on my GoPro video.

This is actually a great mount for my larger Garmin and I bought one for both of my bikes. Problem installing GoPro with it. Being slightly longer than the original and being made of plastic or some other synthetic material rather than metal, it will flex. This causes the camera to shake and vibrate while driving, even on relatively smooth roads. A bad road clouds the picture even more. This flexing causes video stuttering, similar to the "jelly effect" seen on cheap drones without image…

Bike lovers will love this mount!

I was looking for a stable mount for my new Wahoo Elemnt and Go Pro camera. The stock Wahoo mount was a little flimsy, not square, and it wasn't possible to mount my camera on it. The Bar Fly was a reasonable solution for my needs at a relatively good price. It easily attaches to my road bike handlebars with the included adapter. It stands firmly on the panel with both devices connected. The only negative comment I have relates to identifying the correct adapter from the many available in the…

Functional, durable, stylish

This is a nice update to my 4 year old Bar Fly 2.0. Improvements: * The part that wraps around the steering wheel now has a hinge that wasn't present in 2.0 - you could easily break it if you're not careful when installing it. * More Offset: This helps center the display with wider leg bezels. * Possibility to attach accessories such as lamps. bright. He dissects"hut". It also looks very elegant to install a lamp in the middle of the bike. I use a Philips Saferide hot headlight. It's a great…

Pretty good mount with some annoying flaws

Works well for its purpose but costs like a premium product and looks a lot cheaper. It works like a computer mount. I can mount a bike computer on top and an action cam on the bottom. Inside the box were about a billion adapters for various products. I found the Wahoo mount to be not very secure. I had this on my mountain bike for a 40 mile solo race and it kept spinning a bit because it didn't snap in like a stock mount. The action camera mount works fine but when I don't have the camera…

Stay away, go to k edge instead. It doesn't stay intact for long.

Like - keeps most things in one place. Dislike - ill-conceived screw mounts. These round bits that the screws engage in will slip if not tightened easily. It's annoying, but putting them back in is even more annoying. They often go sideways and it takes 3-4 attempts to successfully reinsert them. There is not only 1 screw holder. There are 4-5 of these depending on what combinations of mounts you use. It took me 45 minutes to install the Wahoo + GoPro mount, not counting another 15 minutes to…
