Helps keep our database organized and organized.

I like that it is easy to use and allows me to track all of my candidates in one place. It can be difficult to keep up with candidate information if you are not familiar with how to utilize this product. If they had an application or other platform outside of their website, it would make things easier when trying to update them. This helps us stay organized by keeping our entire database available online. We have been able to get more work done and we also know exactly what applicants have…

Easy and simple platform for finding great talent

I like that it is very easy to use even if you are not super tech savvy! It will take some time get used too but once your familiar with all of its functions everything goes smoothly!! There isn't much dislike so far other than maybe having more templates or different layouts would be nice however those things can easily change as we learn them better ourselves. We have been able to find candidates quickly without any issues using this system while keeping our clients happy by providing their…

Great software, great customer service

The biggest thing I like about this system is that it lets you see all your candidates in real time as they come online or are created from other sources such an outside website so therefore no need for separate database of applicants which helps with costs! It's not intuitive enough when creating new accounts however once familiarised it works well but could be improved by having more options than just "new account" - especially if using multiple consultants who may have different levels of…
