The biggest thing I like about this system is that it lets you see all your candidates in real time as they come online or are created from other sources such an outside website so therefore no need for separate database of applicants which helps with costs! It's not intuitive enough when creating new accounts however once familiarised it works well but could be improved by having more options than just "new account" - especially if using multiple consultants who may have different levels of experience within their respective teams.
We use billers mainly because we want everyone involved throughout our teaming cycle rather then relying solely upon email correspondence only between manager-candidate etc., Also being able solve problems quicker due to less back & forth communication through emails compared against phone calls can also help save money over hiring external resources for some jobs where there isn't much work going round anyway.
