Not many other options

This blade is a little overpriced but much better than the factory blade that came with the 10.25" ski saw . slightly less blade deflection.

Pros
  • 10 1/4" blade ideal for frames, decking and fences
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Freud's Uncompromising Winner

Used this side by side after buying a new saw with Freud's saw blade. Incredible cleanliness and smoother cutting of 3x spruce for some architectural beams. It's worth it.

Pros
  • Fine Cutting Blade 36 Teeth
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Bigfoot 10ยผ blade good, Diablo 10ยผ blade bad

Strong, smooth-cut, precise blade. The Diablo blade that came with the Skilsaw 10ยผ Sawsquatch was so weak, sorry about the blade. The "Diablo" blade was deformed after several cuts and made the saw unusable. The "Big Foot" 10ยผ blade has brought back the "Sawsquatch" 10ยผ worm drive for practicality and precision.

Pros
  • Carbide tipped for finer cuts and longer blade life
Cons

This is the solution to Diablo's wobble problem

I am a professional contractor who makes a lot of support frames. I recently bought a Sawsquatch ski saw and was looking for a new blade to fix the wobble issue with the Diablo blade that comes with the saw. This blade makes it possible! It's made in China but looks like a quality device so far. It has 36 teeth instead of 40 like the Diablo, but the cut is still clean. The saw doesn't work as hard with fewer teeth, so cuts smoother, you don't have to push as hard. This blade is great! My onlyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Diamond center hole for use with diamond center saws
Cons
  • Reliability

Good thick blade for saws, parts and accessories

Good blade. Dulls fairly quickly. I cut through 3" timber deck (5/8" maple hardwood) +2+- "plywood backing) Drove about 40 feet and started to slow down and warm up. I had to run to the Home Depot, grab some Diablos, and make some flat cuts to finish the job. Next time I'll buy a different Big Foot blade, just won't use it as hard. I wonder if there is enough carbide to sharpen? By the way, I tested it on the new Big Foot saw. NOT impressed, the saw just doesn't have the thrust to really pushโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Cuts 3-7/8" 90 degree angles
Cons
  • I'll write back

Bigfoot from China? There is no Diamond Pavilion.

I bought this blade for my local Habitat for Humanity. Actually I bought this and Diablo at the same time from another seller. It's on the shelf. Diablo is made in the USA. Well, "Diablo ended up hitting a lot of nails (volunteers) and so they decided to change it. That's how the Bigfoot brand blade was born. The first thing we noticed was that it was made in China. Then it didn't match the saw. There is no diamond knockout mandrel it says so in the product description and on the box but itโ€ฆ

Pros
  • 5/8" Diamond Knockout
