Not good for power tool parts and accessories

Poorly made bracket came pre-fitted and not square. When I tried to level it the plastic broke. The self-centering drill jammed and then broke on the first attempt at drilling. take something else

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Exactly what I needed!

This tool is great for making small holes in the bookshelves I collect. I didn't use the bit that came with the kit because I chose 5mm instead of 1/4. I'd still be happy with it even if the beat wasn't good anyway. 5 Stars.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Quality

Portable and easy to use

Needed one template for several hundred shelves. This item worked very well; Easy setup, compact and precise drilling. The spring loaded 1/4 inch nozzle did not always return when the wood chips got stuck in the mechanism. Sometimes it was a bit tiring. Other than that, that was the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.

  • Slim design

Well then. best in Power Tool Parts & Accessories

The item I received was apparently returned and damaged by splinters coming from an essential drill that accidentally fell into a zipped bag and placed in the box. like that bag got breadcrumbs from her PB&J, huh? I am in the process of returning a product and intend to purchase another product seems very good but I am not happy with the retailer sending damaged product.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Get another brand

The mount itself is fine but the bit is absolute rubbish. I have used many of these types of devices and they are all nothing special. It really makes a difference and the bits that come with it are awful, swinging like crazy so the holes are way bigger than the pins and within 3 holes the bit came out and was difficult to put back together. Wouldn't recommend this brand at all.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • very expensive

The jig is good, the drill is not so good

I give an average score because the jig itself was fine but the pilot drill was rubbish. On first use, the spring-loaded feature fell apart after about a dozen holes. Small parts were flying everywhere and I lost a key component. The drill cuttings outlet does not work either, as it is easily clogged. The conductor gets good grades, but the drill isn't good at all.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Poor instructions

HOW: On most cabinets, the length of the tool was long enough for one side. (without pushing it up on the edge of the shelf and re-clamping) DISLIKE: I've had the pleasure of using many other brands of pin drill bits, this leaves a lot to be desired in terms of hole finishing. The holes, no matter how hard I tried, left the wood ripped out, which looks ugly on the cabinets.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Almost OK

Damn, waste of time REAL GARBAGE/Basura

JIG IS NOT SQUARE Bit fell apart First use First hole drill fell out of holder tried to put it back in then fell apart with a whole magazine explosion What was left was drive end, Drill and spring, that was all I could find in the 2200 SQ FT store! Amazon really needs to start checking what they are selling and the sellers, that should be more than just ABOUT THE MONEY, that's not eBay (that's what I expect from them), that's Amazon, STOP SELLING SHIT

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • Clarity

Misaligned Holes in Power Tool Parts and Accessories

After wondering why my adjustable shelves were not seating properly, I found that the bracket hole spacing at one end was at 1.25 inches for about 4 or 5 holes starts , then they start to converge. For more than 10 holes, the spacing is offset by 5/32 inch. So if you rotate the bracket to the opposite side, the holes that are actually 1.25 inches align with the holes that are less than 1.25 inches apart. At long ranges this makes the spacing right, narrow, right, narrow etc. and totally out of…

Pros
  • Pleased
Cons
  • Obsolete Model
