Reliable online lab management tool

It's really easy to use, you can do all your tests in one place, you can get all the results from different labs at once, it's very secure and reliable. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes it doesn't work as expected. And when it does work, it takes way too long for it to load up. But if you're patient, it will eventually load up. If it doesn't work in less than 10 minutes, then it's not worth using. It's great for managing all of our labs. We are able to see all of…

  • Very user friendly interface with lots options within lab information which has made everything more convenient especially during busy times such like peak seasons or holidays where we have high volumes due clients coming into clinic testing positive patients before they reach ERs; hence speeding their process faster because no need taking off time just send them right back out so there isn’t any waiting period between client visits by providing us ability through B
