Bikemaster Fork Level Gauge FHM 033 Review

A must for changing the oil on the front fork of your off-road bike. Easy to use. I doubt the plastic syringe will last very long, but I can buy a new one from those cheap ones.

Easy to use but check the device. The one I bought originally had the metal part of the tube upside down, which would have made the liquid level interesting if I hadn't caught it. Easy to fix, pull out, flip and voila. It worked flawlessly, it wasn't difficult to set the desired level in the forks.

It was a good product and it worked very well. For a while I tried not to buy it, but I couldn't bear it and spent the money. It was worth it. It arrived quickly and in good condition. I would have given five stars but the dipstick was installed upside down. Good, but it shows a slight lack of quality control. However, I would buy it again.

I had to rebuild my fork when I upgraded my springs and thought I could do something like this but why when it's so perfectly engineered! I like the easy-to-read tube and metal O-ring retention plate. This made it easier to measure the oil level in the fork. 10/10 ease of use. 10/10 build. We strongly recommend anyone changing the oil in their fork to measure the oil level accurately!

This is definitely something you could do yourself but for the price you could buy it along with other dedicated fork tools. It was very handy for changing my seal and made leveling my oil a breeze. The only thing I found wrong was that I had part of the measuring needle turned upside down compared to the videos I had seen on it. However, this is a simple solution, I didn't even reverse it, I just used math and subtracted from 300 instead of counting from 0.

It was cheaper than the Motion Pro when I bought it. (This isn't the case now, so check prices before you buy.) It certainly makes life easier. Measuring the oil level takes only a few seconds and you can be sure that your measurements are accurate. Just in case, I checked the rust with a tape measure. The tool itself works. I think the more important question is whether or not to buy a tool rather than using a tape measure or ruler. I completely changed the oil in both forks. My owner's manual
