Disappointing Noise-Canceling Headset

Based on my experience, this noise-canceling headset doesn't live up to expectations. While it is relatively comfortable to wear, the sound quality and noise-canceling capabilities are subpar. Voices still come through loud and clear, which defeats the purpose of a noise-canceling headset. The price-point is too high for the quality of this product.

Great Deal Great Price

I love that they are a perfect match for classic Avaya phones and when I speak in my call center my customers can hear me perfectly. Great offer, great prices.

Good. by price.

Customers didn't hear me well. I wanted to replace my corporate mono headset because it's uncomfortable, but at least customers can hear me. Also, the volume in my ear is too loud even when I turn the phone volume to the lowest level. I hear every pinprick and it's as if the buyer is speaking into my ear through a bullhorn.
