Love them and feel more confident using them

Love these. I feel so good that they don't use oil, they are compostable and they don't have any chemicals to worry about. They're green, so you can't see well, but probably good enough to know if you're looking for them. There is no bad smell and I like how they feel. I wash them and use them again and I think these green bags are easier to make than the traditional ones. I think they would be especially good for those using them for baby food or baby food.

If only everyone would buy these instead of plastic.

The price will go down and there will be a source of less plastic waste in the world. This product is as good, if not better than a plastic zip-lock bag. Does not leak, also seals wet food and keeps it fresh. I'm not sure how long you can leave wet food in a bag before it starts to decompose. I have had no problems with food storage days. I'll look for a snack version. The only issue I had was the long term storage: would the bag break if it got wet and the fact that it's green and you can't…

Great for some products

I would say the most important thing to know about these handy little bags is that they are great for some products but far from ideal for others. The bags are breathable making them ideal for storing things like fresh vegetables which are best kept in an unsealed container (they give off gases as they decompose); However, things like cheese will start to harden after a few days. If you are considering this product then you (like me) probably hate the waste associated with plastic. But there…
