This is exactly what I was looking for, I needed a clear plastic stud to hide my piercing. It was also convenient for the surgery, I was able to keep my piercing and remove the metal. Definitely recommend.

I had a bump on my nose from the original jewelry. I removed it and used this clear bolt and it helped the healing process. Excellent quality, price and comfort. I was able to clean the bulge without any products damaging the stud.

They didn't fit me. I should have returned then, but I didn't. I bought these because I needed surgery and couldn't wear metal, but it didn't fit my noise ring hole. It hurt like hell trying to put it in so I gave up. I think they are a lot bigger than 18 gauge.

Ok for the price. You'll get some bones, a corkscrew, and L-shaped pieces. The plastic is very flexible, so it can be difficult to insert the corkscrew. I use an L shape and it's really comfortable. It is still fully visible. I'm worried that my job won't be okay with this, but we'll see.

Excellent! I needed them for a summer job that didn't allow nose piercings and they worked perfectly. The J-shaped ones (the ones with a little curved J on the end) were pretty hard to get in and out of - I just cut them off at the end because it annoyed me. But at least you know it's safe and secure.

I bought these because I had an MRI and my piercing is fairly new. They worked great for what I needed. They could hardly tell it was in my nose. They proved to be a little less robust (for lack of a better word) than I expected. I wanted to use a corkscrew but it kept bending and I couldn't get all the way through the piercing. No problem, so I just used an L shape.

The description of the set I bought says only one type of rivet weighs 18g and the rest 20g. The style I bought this pack for was a corkscrew which was supposed to weigh 20g but when I tried to put it on it was definitely too big. I then tried the L shape and it fitted perfectly, but the stud portion was too long and the bottom part of the "L" that gets hooked is too short to secure the stud in the nose.
