An alternative to vanilla biscuits.

I love vanilla waffle cookies. I needed a healthier alternative for my weight loss. This works very well for me. It has a pleasant vanilla flavor, the cream is not chalky, now the varnish sticks to the outside of the packaging more than to the bar. It's not that important to me. This bar comes closest to a regular waffle bar. It has a nice crunch.

Not as good as others.

I love power crunch bars. I buy several packs each month and buy them on subscription. However, I tried them for the first time and found them too sweet, messy, too much frosting and just not the right flavor overall. Again, a big fan of these bars in general, but this one is about 1.5x thicker and super cute (and they're pretty cute bars already). If it wasn't vanilla, what could be sweeter? But I'll stick to the usual ones and I'm already looking forward to the next delicious variety. I'm aโ€ฆ

HIGH IN SATURATED FAT

I had to update my last RAVE review of these delicious bars. Yes they are still delicious and in my dreams I will continue to buy them and start my day with half of one. But I recently had a blood test and my LDL has gone up A LOT since my last test 2.5 years ago. I wonder why? As a vegan, I've always been very careful about what I eat. I've carefully studied the ingredients in everything I eat: yogurt, hummus sauces, crackers, breads, bagels, cereal, Luv Crunch, plant-based milk, tofu, andโ€ฆ
