Bought this for my husband to expand storage for his PS4 as sacred cow space is running out fast. Ff7 Remake and especially Conan Exiles lol. But if you need to back up the game, you can't use the PS4's formatted extended storage, but you'll need a separate flash drive on which to back up your Conan Exiles builds, which you'll eventually lose.

I used the drive to increase the storage space needed to store the Android apps used by my Sony 75" 900H TV. It was preformatted with the FAT32 file system that works best With Android apps I tried large NTFS and ExFat formatted drives (2TB) which didn't work because they were too big to be formatted with Fat32 and that Android file system didn't work with ExFat or NTFS on larger drives for some reason. This is a nice little drive that seems to work fine but as others have said the cable connector is incredibly weak, I think I'll be taking the drive out of this case and using it separately soon. If you're not comfortable with this, it may not be for you.

Don't expect too much from this drive. Apparently it is quite fragile and unstable. I've only had this disc for two months as I was using it as a media server for my Smart TV. Well it kind of crashed and all my media was gone! Buy cheap, get cheap. Stick to companies that you know have a good reputation, that was unknown to me.

The unit arrived in a box with no additional documents. Of course, this is just a plug-and-play external drive. The connection interface was a standard micro USB, I have never seen this type of connection. The Revain purchase page had no warranty information and no answers as to how long the warranty period is.
