First of all, the biggest problem with these drivers is the potentiometers. All 5 potentiometers were difficult to adjust and the fragility of the potentiometers didn't help. A potentiometer failed completely when the current reading was too low to be used for 46ncm stepper motors on the machine. Two other drivers didn't respond at all and didn't drive a 26 to 65nm stepper motor into a stepper driver slot on 3 different motherboards. I was having some weird problems with my printer so I took them out to switch drivers and see if that helps. They fixed one of the issues and have been working fine ever since. They come fully assembled and are great value for money. The only thing that might be an issue is that the heatsinks will likely sit on top of some capacitors as well as the chip. The thermal tape seems to insulate it, but I don't like the heatsink touching other components. It's a little tricky to get the shells into a…
