Bissell ProHeat Revolution 1611133 Assembly Review

I had to watch 2 youtube videos to figure out how to align and fasten everything to keep it from falling apart. Once installed it works great.

Somehow my rotary brush shaft burned out on my Bissel Pro Heat so I ordered this replacement kit. The vacuum cleaner started working again a few minutes after his arrival.

I love my shampoo and when my brush broke I was desperate for a replacement. Received this and it was EASY to install and my shampoo is up and running again in no time.

One day the plastic side broke and I was able to super glue it on, but it ended up breaking again and I had to replace it. Bought and installed with no problems. Carpet cleaner works great again.

The actual parts replacement is straightforward and easy. You will need another hand to hold the machine still when you finally put the timing belt on by prying it over the drive pulley. Part of the repair that isn't that easy took a few minutes longer, my car was 100% back!

Did a thorough search for replacement brushes/belts for my bissell 2x ProHeat Revolution Advanced Carpet Cleaner (Item #1551), read the reviews and description and realized it was an absolute waste Time. Money and time, it doesn't fit. I managed to at least swap out the brushes, but the straps are too small for the places they need to fit.

I took apart Bissell Carpet Cleaner to clean the front after using it and my husband walked by and accidentally kicked it. There is a tiny piece of plastic that holds the brush rollers to the machine. He immediately went to Revain and found this piece that was a perfect fit and a great price. We still have a lot of parts left as the only part we had to replace was the tiny plastic part at the end, but I'm a half-empty person and I'm thankful for the extra parts when I need them. .

I had to replace the brushes almost immediately because I was cleaning the stairs with the hose attachment with the vacuum in a vertical position which lifts the brushes off the carpet. But by the time I was almost done with the 18-step ladder, the brushes had melted from their holders and the bristles had come loose and the machine was making a lot of noise.
