I have used several Pet Spot Bots over the years. If you have kids, dogs, and cats, you know that's pretty heavy usage. Now I'm at Spot Bot #3. What always gives is the hose, which tends to puncture either from the handle up or down from the connector to the device. Of course, this applies if you use a hand nozzle like we do. After using the auto cleaning feature, I like to use a magic wand to soak up any excess water that the auto setting misses. The carpet will dry much faster if you do this.
