Bissell ProHeat 2X Attachment Hose: Compatible with Models 8920, 8930, 8960, 9200, 9300, 9400, 9500 Review

the only thing i didn't like was that to install this hose we had to completely dismantle the bissel in order to connect the hose in the middle of the hose. After we plugged it in, it worked flawlessly!

Spare part hard to find! Tried two other parts that didn't work (slightly different). Expensive for what it is but a lot cheaper than a new unit that you have in good condition like ours.

Works great. Bought a 1/4" double stud connector for drip lines at a local hardware store. Cut the old inner and new tubing in the hose and connect to the back of the machine. 10 minutes and everything works great. clock replacement.

Part worked well. Since I disassembled the device to replace the heater and other parts, I knew how to disassemble the machine. The best advice I can give is that after you've taken apart and disassembled the base, REMOVE the right wheel. this greatly simplifies tube feeding. The whole thing took about 30 minutes when I figured out that the hose went into the wheel and that I could easily remove the C-ring and get to where it feeds. Perfect fit for our Bissell 9300-1. But it wasn't easy to replace. I couldn't remove the front cover even after removing every screw I could find. Finally, I opened the handle with a screwdriver, being very careful not to break anything. I used a screwdriver to hold the side open while I fed the water hose through the handle. Good price, arrived quickly and original. My old hose broke and had to be replaced. Not only does it do that, but it's also a lot more flexible and a bit longer, making it much, much easier to wrap around the holder than the old one. Highly recommended! However, changing hoses is not for the faint of heart! Great replacement part, fits and works exactly like the original which broke at the base so there was no suction. HOWEVER this is a PITA to install that seriously took over 2 hours to figure out as there were no instructions. There are NO online tutorials on this topic. it's pretty much understand.
