This is normal, but be careful when using it for the first time.

The plastic cover flips back to allow tool insertion. When I first got it, it didn't slip. I had a hex screwdriver but had to use a hammer to pry it out. This hit also seemed to loosen the lid as I can now insert and remove the driver. But still, it should have been postponed from the start. As other reviewers have said, it looks well built. It fits my 1/4" socket tool snugly and the bits are really tight.

  • Absolutely amazing!

Terrible quality "non-refundable "

Square end that fits onto a ratchet/screwdriver. It rattled unlike a normal socket, didn't fit very well but the ratchet ball held it. Little problem. I then tried to insert a hex into the other end. I had to bend over and press him against a hard object with considerable force. Based on the picture I thought the black ring was magnetic but no, in one of the 6 corners there is a small ball that holds and seems to hold the hex. I tried oiling the ball and rocking it. Nothing. So I went back…

Holds bits well, compact

Item arrived as described and did what I needed, holds and locks screwdriver bits onto 1/4" ratchet and 1/4" socket extension. I wanted it for green and black. A 1/4" ratchet wrench from Harbor Freight with a rotating head so I can use it as a ratcheting screwdriver at any angle. This adapter locks the bits so they don't fall out of the driver. The adapter worked great for the most part, but I got stuck with it a bit. I found the oversized bit to be the most likely cause, but it could be a…

Excellent quality, especially considering the cheap price.

I can't get over the quality of this product that costs less than shipping and handling to get it to you. It is firmly fixed on sockets and power bits. Snap it onto the end of the 1/4" fastener extender like Craftsman and you don't have to worry about the bit you're using staying in the fastener. This has happened to me many times. , especially when using hex bits on hex socket screws. With this setup, you can get to what you're working on without worrying about the bit chipping and being…

Mine is Useless - Hand Tools

There must be a certain number of broken ones. On what I have it's almost impossible to get into the locking mechanism as it backs out too much - if it then goes in the ratchet will stop working and then it's almost impossible to get the bit back out. I had to use channel locking pliers on the lip of the adapter and push as hard as I could to *barely* pull back enough to disengage the locking mechanism and pull the bit back out. To top it off, if you're buying from Alazco - the given return…
