Just used the microwave for the first time and was wondering if it was working properly because it was so quiet! I'm surprised by some of the reviews that say it's noisy. I also have no issues with the display, which is silver on a black background. For a compact microwave oven (900W) it has great power and is good value for money.

I love the microwave! Quiet and compact! When I took it out of the box I was concerned it would be too small, but the plates fit really well, as does the bottle! I'd say it's about 2/3 the normal size of a microwave! A bit pricey but it sure looks pretty so I'm not mad about it!

Bought for my sister. She is in a wheelchair and it is difficult for her to climb the two steps from her bedroom to the ground floor of our house. This is part of the kitchenette that we set up for her so she doesn't have to rely on other people to eat. The size is perfect for one person and it still has the features you want in a full-size microwave. Very important.

PROS Looks good; Nice clean modern design looks great on the counter. Small size does not take up much space. CONSI only has to warm it up in the microwave. I don't actually cook with them. So I love quick heating. It doesn't deliver. It would take 1-2 minutes to heat a plate of veggies in the last 700 watt microwave I had. I bought a 900 watt thinking it should be faster but it takes 3-4 minutes to heat the same veggies. Very disappointed.

Sometimes it's amazing how clever and stupid engineers can be at the same time! I just got my new microwave and plugged it in only to find that I can't read the function buttons without a flashlight. The main function keys are marked with black letters on a dark gray background. How stupid is that? It's so very stupid to me. I usually pack it in a box and send it back. Or I need to print my own labels. He is also unbalanced; but I was able to fix it easily enough.

Too bad it didn't work, the reviews were so good. We're looking for a compact microwave (to replace the Kenmore we've always had!) but the opening doesn't fit any of our plates. Funny, I even read a review on the Black & Decker website that said it wasn't the advertised 0.7 cu ft, but I read that the glass player was 10 inches, which was our old one, so I did I risked it. I haven't measured the interior as the walls aren't perfectly flat, but I can tell you our 10 7/8 plate won't fit in unless…

This microwave was purchased on January 22, 2020. Up until July 17, 2020, everything worked flawlessly as expected. Yes, less than 6 months later when I was heating a cup of coffee it started making a thud, I looked up and saw flames and sparks on the right side of the microwave.
