🔧 Black & Decker 90629314 Sheath Replacement - Genuine OEM part Review

Luckily the item was NOT damaged. Just a piece of curved plastic that fits over the blades. Easy to put on but tight. Now I worry less about an accidental cut or snagging on the brushcutter. The price was supposed to be closer to $10 but then again the shipping was free so overall a good product.

Item arrived with a 2" piece of plastic chipped/chipped, this did not happen at the time of delivery as the broken piece was not in the box so whoever packed it knew about it. still works and as I only use my hedge trimmer 3 times a year I'll live with it. Shipping was fast but I knew you sent a broken item. Bush League and weakness.

After a bit of research I bought this case for a recently purchased DEWALT DCHT820B 20V hedge trimmer which poses a safety hazard during transport/storage due to the sharp blade. The sheath is made of durable, hard plastic and covers the length of the blade well. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it fits quite snugly. This is a nice feature to make sure it doesn't slip, but getting it on the blade can result in some hand cuts if you slip. A bit disappointed that DeWalt…
