Make sure you have a drill handy to install screws.

This is a well made archway. It is fairly easy to assemble, you need 2 people. HOWEVER, it does not come with predrilled holes for the screws. The screws given are not self tapping. You have to drill a hole first, then install the screws. This is why I only gave it 4 stars.

Pros
  • Made with rust-resistant materials, so it stays looking great for longer
Cons
  • The arch's legs may rust or corrode quickly in salty or coastal climates

Do Not Buy this Rose Arch!

This was evidently built by someone who was paid by the piece, not for building a product that fits together! We had to drill our own holes, and buy a strong glue that would work on the plastic connectors as well as the metal to hold the connecting pieces in place. Even then, we had to lift it very carefully to the rose garden so it would not come apart when being moved. It is extremely flimsy.

Pros
  • Great way to introduce a pop of color to any garden
Cons
  • The arch's metal may get too hot to touch on sunny days, making it dangerous for children or pets

I wish they'd included the roll of electrical tape

the screws don't screw into anything, the pole connections are too loose so they don't hold together at all, and the plastic brackets crack if the frame shifts position at all while you are trying to assemble it. We ended up lashing the whole thing together with electrical tape to make it hold together long enough to put it in place- I needed it to hold up a trellis that had fallen over, and we are hoping that now that the two are connected to each other they'll reinforce each other, but I'm…

Pros
  • Perfect for taking memorable photos and selfies
Cons
  • The arch doesn't come with any stakes or anchors, making it prone to tipping over in soft soil

Measure First good for me

The arch itself is a good value for the quality - however it didn't fit in the space I had intended to use it in. (no fault of ANT's) But, in attempting to return it, I found out it would cost me just as much as the product did just to ship it back. so make sure you measure first and are very sure before you purchase.

Pros
  • Provides a calming and relaxing atmosphere to your outdoor space
Cons
  • The arch's narrow width may limit its use as a wedding or event decoration

Missing screw holes!

I love the idea of this archway; it's the perfect size for what I need and seemed to be a great value. but when trying to assemble today, I realized that the poles do not have the required holes for screwing on the trusses. I emailed the manufacturer and am hoping to get a replacement!

Pros
  • Timeless and versatile design suitable for different outdoor styles
Cons
  • The arch's narrow width makes it difficult to walk through, especially for larger individuals

Don't waste money on this!

The overall size is good. Using it to shade a window AC unit. Downside, it is a bi*ch for one person to put together. Do yourself a favor and go to a garden center and buy one already welded together and ready to go. Wish I had. Ended up using contruction adhesive to assemble joints and then screwed to side of bldg. Will be study after I finish but can't imagine it would be as a free standing.

Pros
  • Increases the value and appeal of any property
Cons
  • The arch's narrow width may make it difficult to hang garden lights or ornaments

Garden Arch - my new review

The price is reasonable and use the black duck tape in joints make it perfect!Quick delivery. Overall I enjoy it very much🥰

Pros
  • Enhances the beauty of flowers and plants within it
Cons
  • The arch may require frequent maintenance, such as cleaning or repainting

Save yourself some frustration and also order some black duct tape to go along with this product. It a good utility Arch but you will most likely need to reinforce it with duct tape as the plastic connectors barely hold it together prior to installing it in the ground. I purchased if for my garden for my grape vines. I need to put some string or mesh on it to give the vines more to grab on to as the bars are about 12-18 inches apart. For the price it is a good deal. Just don't expect it to be…

Pros
  • Creates a beautiful tunnel effect when walking through it
Cons
  • The arch's construction is flimsy, making it unsuitable for long-term garden use

After a challenging assembly, it was just what I wanted.

It has been hard to find an arch small enough for the space where my blackberries are (am using to organize my bramble) and so this arch was the logical choice. The arch arrived promptly and looks like the picture, but there were some special challenges to assembly. I am the child of an engineer and grew up having to assemble things so I can put almost anything together and make it work. This arch was unique in its difficulty. First, the instructions are just not clear. Its not a rocket so you…

Pros
  • Works well as a statement piece in any garden design
Cons
  • The arch's legs may sink or get buried in soft soil

Falls apart constantly

So i bought this a year ago and it was easy to set up for the most part but unless you like constantly pushing the tubes in that fall apart on a regular basis then this crap item is for you I don’t think there was a time that I looked over and ever saw it all together so a week ago I decided maybe it was my placement so I TRIED to move it but it constantly fell apart literally every time I pushed a piece in another one popped out and after 20 minutes of this I picked every single piece out and…

Pros
  • The perfect addition to any garden wedding ceremony or reception
Cons
  • The arch's frame is not strong enough to support heavy wooden or metal gates

Piece of junk - my new review

Cheap.would not recommend and will never buy again. We were trying to save money by buying this (and we did) but it is worth about half of what we paid. There are two types of connectors. The first is weather proofing connectors that are rubber tubes that slide over the joints where the metal tubes fit together. The metal tubes do not fit tightly together, and the rubber ‘weatherproofing’ is also loose, which means when you try to move this, it falls apart and you have to put it back together…

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to move around the garden
Cons
  • The arch's metal may develop sharp edges or points over time

Thumbs down on assembly

We followed the directions and would consider ourselves capable, handy people and the quality of this arch is pretty flimsy, so it made for a poor assembly. This broke apart so many times before we could get it all in shape to put into the ground. The piece they give you to help hammer it into the ground completely bent and was eventually totally unusable - we had to go through several of our own tools to make it work. If I had know this, I would have spent a little more to get something a bit…

Pros
  • Creates an eye-catching focal point in any garden
Cons
  • The price is too high for the product's size and quality

Great value arch! on my review.

It’s actually taller than I expected but that’s perfect for me. This is a great arch for the price. I’ll have vines on it eventually to cover it up, but it’s just what I needed and sturdier than what I expected. I really appreciated that it come with a pole to create holes for the base of the arch.

Pros
  • A nice spot to relax under after a long day
Cons
  • The arch's narrow width may make it difficult to fit through with larger garden furniture or ornaments

Missing parts good for me

I went to put together and five cross pieces were missing plus all the screws that hold it together. It was Amzon checked so l wasn't worried. Then I went to put it together and parts were missing. It was past return date so it is laying on my back patio. Revain verified on box but worthless without all the parts!

Pros
  • Easy to assembly with instructions provided
Cons
  • Wobbly and cheap

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Get some duct tape first!

This garden arch was difficult to put together and there’s nothing to really hold the pieces together, so I had to duct tape each connecting part. Hopefully it’ll hold! Other than that it looks nice with my Jasmine vine growing up over it.

Pros
  • Provides a sense of direction and organization in the garden
Cons
  • The arch may require frequent cleaning or maintenance to keep it looking new

I just opened this box since this was a somewhat delayed project and now I fear it may be my loss. So frustrated and sad to find only 2 out of 7 listed struts , 13 out of the 14 tee connectors , no hole maker, whatever that is, PLUS there's a bag of screws but no screw holes in any of the pieces anywhere!. The two arches aren't even the same shape, WTF? One piece has a completely different arc. I cant imagine what went wrong here except everything.

Pros
  • Helps to create a private outdoor living space
Cons
  • The arch's metal may chip or dent easily

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great value on my review.

Great value. Just what I needed for a couple of bougainvillea vines to grow up. Not too difficult to put together by yourself.

Pros
  • Perfect for a romantic and intimate outdoor setting
Cons
  • The arch is prone to rusting, especially in humid climates

This is by far the worst thing I have ordered

If I could post a NEGATIVE 5 review, I would. This is by far the worst thing I have ordered. The assembly was absolutely frustrating and impossible. There were NO DIRECTIONS! The screws would split the plastic connector pieces with little pressure and without even being screwed in all the way! Even if they had worked, the connector pieces didn't fit securely with every pole anyways. I was sold on the sturdy steel, but guess what's swinging at your face and falling on your head because this…

Pros
  • Creates a sense of symmetry and balance in the garden
Cons
  • The arch's design may not be suitable for garden entrances with low overhangs or eaves

Good solution for climbing roses

I paid less for this than is now listed (just under $35.00) and for that price, it was a very good deal. All of these are tricky to fit together and set up, but this is an excellent solution for my errant David Austen rose, which is growing to gigantic proportions in the desert climate. I wrapped the arch in fairy lights, and it looks lovely. I especially like that it came with a digging stick to make exactly sized holes for the rods.

Pros
  • Made from high-quality materials for maximum durability
Cons
  • The arch's frame may bend or deform if exposed to heavy winds

Revainrating 2 out of 5

flimsy junk on my review.

This trellis will not stand up to an easy breeze much less actual windy conditions. The 'fasteners' don't actually fasten two parts together because the poles don't have holes for them. So, they just 'brace' two parts and that really doesn't work. With two people, it's not hard to put together, just wouldn't bother because it's not sturdy at all. After a few months will donate it.

Pros
  • Provides a sense of privacy and seclusion
Cons
  • The arch's feet may scratch or damage patio or deck surfaces
