Highly recommended.

This rear storage box is a perfect addition to my 2002 Honda Recon ATV (250cc). I always wanted a storage that is waterproof. There is also a rear back rest pad that makes it more comfortable for the rear passenger. The item does not come with instructions, but the u-bolts are self-explanatory. I placed the storage box onto the rear rack of my ATV and centered it, making a mental note of where it lay in regards to the edges of the rack. I then removed the rack and placed it onto the upside down…

Pros
  • Prevents items from flying out during bumpy rides
Cons
  • May detract from the ATV's maneuverability

Didn't fit well - Polaris 850 Sportsman

Update: Oct 2017For our 2017 Polaris 850 with "lock and ride system" , I finally went with OEM rear box. It was actually the same cost as the Black Widow here, and VERY easy to install. Think I paid $190 for polaris OEM, because we get no taxes on farm exempt and also 12% discount from our dealer (purchased machine there). I'd recommend OEM box for lock and ride Polaris racks. ThanksReally liked it, but is NOT a good fit for my Polaris 850 Sprotsman SP. The box is well made an looks…

Pros
  • Mounting hardware included for easy installation
Cons
  • May affect the ATV's center of gravity

Not bad at all for cost. Solid box - sportsman 850

Very good for the money. A little wider for my Sportsman 850 would have made it perfect, but the large compartment is very nice. Being nearly 200$ less than the Polaris box it is the next best thing. And it’s anther 150$ for a Polaris back rest. You neee to do a little custome work to attach it to your preference. I went with lock and ride attachments so I could remove it fairly easy if I needed to get to the Polaris compartment. Just need a little time and a hole saw set. I had to add 2…

Pros
  • Works great exactly what l was looking for !!
Cons
  • May require additional tools for installation

Perfect size box on my review.

I’ll get right to it.Pro’sGreat sizeSeal does an excellent job keeping out dustLatches are strong and don’t open up even on rough terrainBack rest is comfortableConsI used bolts and self-locking nuts to secure my box to the atv. The u-bolt mounting hardware is not very good in my opinion.Over-all this is an excellent box for the price. Shipping was quick.

Pros
  • Love it, love having a back rest when I'm riding and the trunk is handy to have a must have
Cons
  • May interfere with brake lights

Nice amount of storage

Easy to install, locking latches stick a little bit but nice heavy duty and roomy. Comes with u bolts for pipe rack installation. You will need a different type of anchor for a Polaris plastic rack.

Pros
  • LOVE IT!!!
Cons
  • May make the ATV too wide for trails or pathways

Nice sturdy box. Latch and lock seem cheap.

Box is very sturdy thick plastic. Came with no keys or mounting hardware. Easy enough to drill and secure with U bolts. Keys would nice but lock mechanism appears very cheap so will modify myself.

Pros
  • Bought two boxes for my ATVS. Best way toMount them is to bolt them to the racks.
Cons
  • Can make it difficult to access certain areas of the ATV

Good quality on my review.

Arrived as described/shown. Fits great on my 2016 Kodiak, lol I cant seem to fill it! Very sturdy and great for single or double riding

Pros
  • Fits a wide range of ATV models
Cons
  • May be difficult to secure in place

Extremely Durable best in my review

i bought this storage box for my grizzly. It works perfect love the storage space. But overall love the durability as it survived 3 to 4 barrel rolls down a hill without even a dent, that including hitting me several times during the rolling. No worries i am fine, however, i did walk away with more dents than the box. lol

Pros
  • Adds an extra touch of style to your ATV
Cons
  • May add unnecessary wind drag while driving

Pricey but nice. - my new review

Well made, except latches are cheaply made. They work but for this kind of money they should be a lot better. The box is sturdy and roomy. Easy to install.

Pros
  • Protected storage for your valuable cargo
Cons
  • May require additional security measures to prevent theft

Fits perfect on my Honda rancher

Fits perfect on my Honda rancher. Heavy gauge plastic which is very sturdy. Easy to install. Holds a lot of gear, perfect for days of atv camping. I think it will last for the life of my atv, but if not I would buy another one without hesitation. Excellent product.

Pros
  • Like that it's big enough for 2 helmets and room to spare
Cons
  • May sway on bumpy terrain
