Exactly what I wanted in bike tools and maintenance

It is comparable in weight to smaller compact multi tools but as it does not lose weight like the weight of support rods and pivot points it can be more and therefore offer enough Torque to operate the bike. He has bits for so many parts of my bike. I am very happy with it.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Interval

Excellent product best in cycling

Everything about this product is good. Small light weight and it works. High torque with possibility of use as a T-handle. I would only improve one thing. It comes with an elastic band to keep the bag closed. You'll need a sewn-on elastic to avoid losing the elastic along the way.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Handy little kit: bike tools and maintenance

This kit has everything you need and is more convenient than folding bike tools. There's plenty of room to work here and you get a lot more leverage than the folding version. The parts fit nicely in the carry case, although I wish it had some sort of clasp built in. The only thing keeping the case closed is a thick rubber band.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Not bad

circuit breaker failure

I really want to like this tool but the circuit breaker didn't work the first time. The threads don't seem to have the best tolerances, allowing the tool to move slightly as the pin is extruded, causing the head to deform and mushroom, making it impossible to go through the chain. I've tried 9 speed and 10 speed chains and couldn't snap either.

Pros
  • very good price
Cons
  • boring packaging

Lightweight, compact and useful

I bought this after a long ride where I couldn't reach the bolt with a regular standalone multi tool. I haven't used the tool yet, which is good, but at first glance the tool is well thought out and high quality. I don't see any plausible situation that this tool couldn't "get" you out of on the go. An added benefit is that this tool is slightly lighter than the one it replaced.

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Operating speed

Nice little tool on its own but uses proprietary bits so you can't use regular bits in it or use these bits with other levers. The bag seems to be intended for something else and doesn't close well. Parts expected to be lost. also a bit heavy. Honestly prefer the Sealy $10 ratcheting tool you can find (same size, same weight (main tool), just better built and with ratchets)

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Works great!: Sport

What I don't like about most multi tools is that they are difficult to use because there is an Allen key attached to the tool. The large front derailleur allows easy access to most bolts and offers plenty of leverage. I also had the option of using a broken chain tool when my chain broke (12 speed chain) and it worked. I also checked out the Blackburn Wayside as it has removable hex keys but weighs almost 2 ounces more and doesn't really add much functionality. Very happy with my choice!

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Secret

Not the most durable

I bought two of these sets and the first one sold out somewhere in the woods before I could use it but it was very compact and the amount of tools you get is amazing! I bought a second one and was a little disappointed that it arrived with an odd crease on the flap that closes it, so it's not as compact as my first one, but that's just a minor inconvenience. When I first used the T25 I installed new rotors on my mountain bike and when I was done I found the whole thing was twisted. The metal…

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Some cons

Great tool box - highly recommend

I've owned many different multi tools and this is by far my favourite. It covers all my needs and is extremely versatile. The case fits easily in my saddlebag. Not only does it have all the necessary hex and torx wrenches, but it also has a chain breaker that includes a Presta valve puller, spoke wrench and disc brake expander. The handle system gives you plenty of leverage. I've already found this useful as the bike shop tightened my thru axles to the point where I don't think the mini wheel…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Upgradeable
