Terrible picture for internal TV tuner and capture cards

Me have sent back the ones i received because the picture i received of the card was snowy and i can't contact anyone for a replacement. 2 weeks have passed. I would like to check this if/when they contact me. *Update - It's been a month since I sent the card back with no response.

Pros
  • Support for 8-bit and 10-bit YUV 4:2:2 and 10- and 12-bit RGB 4:4:4 with full Rec. Color 2020
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Doesn't do what it says on the tin

Too bad this card doesn't work as advertised. The product page states that it can run stereoscopic workflows up to 2160p60, when in fact it can only work up to 1080p30 (confirmed by the support team). A real shame as the card is inexpensive but not as good as the discontinued 4K Pro card which was cheaper, used fewer PCIe lanes and had less heat dissipation. Also a word of warning: 8K support is unidirectional. So if you want to use an 8K in-out workflow, you'll need two cards.

Pros
  • Works in all SD, HD, Ultra HD, 4K and 8K DCI frame sizes
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Great product - computers and accessories

I use this with VMIX and am very happy with it. You can configure it to use 4 jacks as inputs or outputs. I am currently using 3 inputs and 1 output in my configuration. SDI picks up very well and gives a good, high-quality signal. The only odd thing I wish they would fix is how the ports are labeled in the software. For some reason the left to right order is 1, 3, 2, 4, not 1, 2, 3, 4. This can be confusing at times. Not sure why they did it. It would be nice if the connections were also…

Pros
  • Runs up to 60 fps in HD, 4K and 8K
Cons
  • I won't say anything
