Light and comfortable

Be sure to order at least 2 sizes up as everyone says. I'm a size 9 and needed an 11. They are comfortable but wish they were a little more structured. The net is light but I feel it could benefit from more support. In general very satisfied but order 2 sizes more or order again!

Very comfortable for line dancing

I have tried all styles of Bloch and Capezio dance shoes and this one. long gone. most comfortable. And the oval "spin patch" on the outsole works great. I wear 8 1/2 wide trainers and based on the reviews I ordered them a size 9.5 and they fit perfectly. Will have to order a second pair as a replacement.

Pros
  • Like everything before
Cons
  • Long time

Exactly what I was looking for!

Bought for Zumba, they are amazing! I checked "meets expectations" but expected the Bloch dance shoes to be a different size. I wear size 7 sneakers, my foot is 9 inches (6.5) but I like a little space. I bought them an 8.5 and they are very comfortable and fit as they should. I love that I can turn and glide better than running shoes. Slippers but still in control. Lighter on the knees!

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • There are flaws

1.5 size larger fits for ballet and dance

I usually wear size 6, size 7.5 fits me. They are great for zumba, allowing me to twist and turn on the hardwood floor with ease. I have tried many Zumba shoes and these are definitely the best. The toe and heel of the sole are split with only mesh in between for maximum flexibility/movement. However, I don't like to wear them outside of Zumba and put on regular sneakers when I have to run errands after class.

  • Delivery was very fast

Good shoes for Zumba.

I find Bloch split sole shoes to be a great choice for Zumba, especially when the ground is sticky. You can easily move, rotate and change direction with less knee torque. Shoes run small. I would say go a full size larger than your regular running shoes. There isn't much lateral support so that's something to take into account, but overall I think this is one of the best shoes for dance fitness.

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
Cons
  • Frequency

Great dance shoes! for ballet and dance

I use these shoes for Zumba. I normally wear a size 7.5 but following the recommendations I was able to go up to full size and they fit like a glove. They are more elastic than normal running shoes and are quite comfortable. My zumba instructor involves a lot more dance moves, jumps etc than is typical for zumba and I think these shoes are great for fluid movement but due to the lack of support they tend to feel heavy on the feet. Maybe I'll get used to them.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Real Bloch shoes? suitable for women

I love my old Bloch shoes so much I've been looking for the next ones. I knew I should order 1 1/2 sizes up and my newly bought shoes fit perfectly. The shoes are uncomfortable because the sole is so flat that there is no cushioning between the foot and the ground. There is also no bow support. Cannot use them to dance. Put in a thick sole that helps a little and use them for gardening. Walking in them is like wearing $10 sneakers from a discount store. I even wondered if they were fake.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Can't remember

Nice shoe but runs small

I ordered a size or 1/2 larger than my outdoor shoes based on the reviews. I usually wear 9-9.5 in street shoes and 9.5-10 in trainers. I ordered a size 10 as I have wide feet. Shoes arrived and appeared to be 1/2 larger to full size. Unfortunately I am sending them back. They feel durable and well-tailored, and the style isn't as chunky as some other Bloch dance shoes. I'm trying on Capezio canvas dance shoes with a Revain wardrobe, so I'm only paying for what I want to keep. If none of the…

Perfect for cardio dancing

I love these shoes. I bought these for Zumba and I love that I can rotate without hurting my ankles and that I can point my foot. I sent a pair to my daughter who teaches Dance It Out and she loves them too. I read the reviews and bought a half size up and had to return for a FULL SIZE so I did the same for my daughter. In fact... in full growth. And these shoes have arch support that some dance shoes don't have. They feel and look great and I feel way more confident than dancing in any other…
