I wish I could give these jazz shoes 5 stars. However, the size is very wide. I wear a size 8. I originally bought a size 8.5 after reading the reviews. They hurt my big toes as soon as I tried them on. I brought them back to size 9. I didn't notice the difference at all. Leather does stretch, however, so I kept them hoping they would stretch enough to be comfortable. Unfortunately, they didn't stretch enough. To fit properly I would have to order a 10 or 10.5. As a full size didn't fit anymore

These are great shoes. I am an adult dancer and these shoes offer good arch support and the leather sole on the ball of the foot makes turning easier. The leather pattern inside the bow creates a beautiful line, making it feminine and beautiful. I wear outdoor shoes that are 8.5-9 meters long. I ordered 9 in these shoes as the last Bloch jazz shoes I ordered (different model and size 8.5) were too small. The fit with this particular model was perfect and comfortable. I have high arches that tend to cramp easily and these shoes supported my arch very well. I knew it would be tight if I broke my shoe. I carried the whole Brazilian Zouk/Lambada-Zouk weekend (Sat/Sun 4-5 hours workshops and Fri/Sat 4-5 hours ballroom dancing).
