My 7 year old daughter is right in the middle of big kid size and women's shoes etc. She wears 2.5 inch big kid street shoes so I have her 3B -Bought women's shoes. There is room to grow and we could cut the size in half but they will work great. Hope this helps someone!

I don't use them for dancing but as grounding shoes. They're just great for that and better priced than traditional grounding shoes. I have rather narrow feet but don't usually order narrow shoes so I ordered my size, normal width. To be honest I could go with skinny ones but I can just tighten the laces and they fit my leg.
