Simple, economical and effective fixation

Easy to use, sealed the hole perfectly, saved me hundreds of money from having to replace the entire tail light on my F150.

Pros
  • Thoroughly clean the lens area with a dry cloth or paper towel.
Cons
  • unreliable

Actually looks good

You can't even tell the lens is broken until you get close. Works perfectly. Although the tape is not so much. Sufficient for one lens. Although it definitely looks better than regular lens tape.

Pros
  • Position the glass so there is a 1/2 inch overlap on all sides of the damage.
Cons
  • Hard to remember, but it was

Ideal for fitting turn signals and lenses

This was the perfect size for the tail light on my 1990 Corolla. Works great on flat surfaces. It's hard to tell the difference from being unbreakable at 20 feet, and it's not as ghetto-like as the bureaucracy that replaced it.

Pros
  • If the desired size is to be smaller, cut along the inside grid lines.
Cons
  • Might damage

Material thicker than thin film

Perfect fit for my application Excellent adhesion. For my application, I had to cut a piece to fit my Harley's blacked-out taillight. Great product if you take the time to read reviews and product description to see what you are paying for as anyone would for value for money.

Pros
  • Hold the plate over the damaged area to determine the size of the lens repair plate.
Cons
  • Not the best

Good cheap solution, best for motorcycles and strength athletes

My tail light had a big hole and crack in it. I bought it as a temporary solution to keep moisture out. It's winter and cold here. After reading reviews of the curling iron when applied to a curve, I was concerned because this light has a slight curve. First I wiped the headlight with alcohol. Then use a hair dryer to heat the area and the red spot. Then I applied the patch. I ran my thumb around the edges and continued to heat it with a hair dryer. This was very helpful as it was only 30 feet…
