Compared to the Urbanears I bought for my daughter, the Jabra feels overpriced, the sound quality is inferior and the overall design is below average. In general, they look cheap. I would not recommend them. Urbanears $60, Jabra $200.

That's good, but I'm having trouble connecting to my computer and phone. If you simply pick up your phone while connected to your computer in a WebEx meeting, the meeting audio will be interrupted for a few seconds. Or when I receive a text message, I lose the audio of the meeting. At this point, I just turn off bluetooth on my phone, otherwise it doesn't work.

I received these 14 months ago and now they are broken so I can no longer use them, when I saw the break I realized that the design of the swivel is not suitable for the ear it is a thin, hollowed out piece of plastic 1mm thick which can break with normal use. (Close up of the tipping point uploaded with this review) When I got them I was happy as I had clear sound and everyone could hear me clearly but the quality of the frame is poor so the high price wasn't worth it .
