I've been using this product for exactly a year and unfortunately I keep getting feedback from my customers that they can't hear me because I'm stuck in a- and interrupted, or my voice sounds like a robot. I switched to other Jabra headsets to see if the issue was with the headset and confirmed that my headset was not working properly. I have contacted the seller for a replacement because I want to continue using this product IF I can get one that works as advertised. It's difficult to have a conversation when your customer can't hear you or you switch to robotic audio. I mean, if C3PO sounds better than me, we have a problem. Patiently waiting for the seller's help.
