Tried to return it as it was not compatible with myLock even though it is listed as compatible. I need to have a unique subset of the manufacturer. There is no Wyze response form.

This lock only works half the time. It cannot be determined exactly whether it is blocked or not. It also takes a long time to connect (30 seconds or more). Wait for the software to be fixed or for the next version to be released

The description says "works with most locks". I have master's bolt. Everyone has heard of Master Locks, right? Not wise. I bought this item and it is NOT compatible. There are 4 adapters included but not the one I needed. I went to the Wyze website and started a support chat. Julius was a real idiot and told me I should have looked for "Compatibility Guide" on the Wyze website. I can't tell how this thing works because I can't even install it.

The lock was easy to install and most of the features worked except the one I wanted the most - auto unlock. I've tested it four or five times and it only worked once. Leaving my phone to sleep when I leave the house doesn't work. Wyze tech support was no help. One person advised me not to turn off my phone when I leave the house. So should I leave my phone on and drain my battery while I'm gone for 2-3 hours just to do an auto unlock? Block direct from Wyze. They refused to refund me.

It was sooooo easy to install. Took about 30 minutes with my girlfriend on a work call in the same room. I had to do everything without a drill. It was fast and everything was cool through the app. It's been a few days and it locks 100% of the time and also unlocks 100% as it should. I will monitor this to confirm and if anything changes.
