Hence only 4 stars because I use it for an aquarium - washed in the dishwasher and the rubber still has a strong smell. I still use it in the aquarium, just wish they had used less smelly onion gum. Also, it works like a charm to detect a clean tank - distribute food or clean the tank.

Bought in late 2017 and used about twice a year meaning I've used it 8 times so far. I used it today and found that there is no suction. Closer examination of the plastic revealed many cracks in the plastic, some measuring up to 3 inches in length. It's been a pretty good buster so far. It has good suction power and handles hot liquids very well. Unfortunately, when it fails, it fails very quickly.

Not only for cooking, but also for pumping car fluids! Used this guy to change the power steering fluid in my car. The rod shaft fits perfectly in my car's power steering reservoir (Acura TL 2003). Was able to remove all the old fluid, move the wheels, pump out more fluid and finally add new fluid. Best DIY job and no turkey was harmed in the process.

I have a small 5.5 gallon aquarium and I have overstocked it with guppies because I didn't know what to do. My filter also needed to be replaced and wasn't working that well, so you can imagine all the little fish droppings on the substrate. This loofah got her super clean and because it's big it gets on the floor and in all corners really easily. This is a great investment for nano aquarium owners to use between water changes.

Firstly I would never use this with hot liquids. The nozzle and tube are made of plastic and can melt. If you want real Turkish lube, make it out of glass and heat it up. As a turkey remedy, this product should only get 1 star. However, I and many people here use it for their aquarium. I'm shoveling gravel outdoors with a python device.
