Super Cute! I love the flow of "fire" and the aroma fills the air. I did not receive my rubber sheet but after speaking to customer service they were kind enough to send me a free unit. I saved these! Great company in my opinion!

I've bought several types of electric wax burners and many of them don't heat up enough to keep the heat high enough in the cooler weather. Wax melts unevenly or quickly. It's been connected for over an hour and my cubes are still intact. With silicone insert on top and without. I like almost everything about this little wax cube melting stove except the non-replaceable rubber lid that the wax cubes fit on. I can't find a replacement anywhere. As you continue to melt and scrape the wax, the debris around the holder becomes more difficult to clean completely, then it thins out and the wax starts to ooze out right under that part, not onto your table or sides but right under the rubber wax holder above. Stop whining about the counter in the middle. Something other than glue needs to hold the top and generate heat. I've had it for two months now. But a lot of people say the lights go out, I don't care, it was only like $40 and it hasn't gone out yet. When the lights go out I just buy another one because it's really cool and looks like a little fireplace. Many other buyers whine because there is only paper around it, no stone. Do you mean that seriously? Is the real one cemented into the bricks?
