Cozy. Black neoprene. Velcro.

We have several of these on our 4 cars (it's the only type we have so I think we have 7 now). They're super comfortable with a shirt, tank tops, just sports bras, or shirtless (let your mind wander). Wears well and can be washed. I wish they were maybe 1/4 inch larger in diameter so they slide a little more freely, but if you stretch the velcro all the way they work fine. Jet black with tiny label.
