Excellent quality. The buds didn't go through my ears very well, but I jumped from regular sized earrings to 14g. I wish they started at 18g or 16g but after the first stretch with 14g cones my ears were fine after a few days. Candles also came somewhere in one day.

Great customer service! I have to say that the product seems to be very good so far (I've only been wearing it for a day and a half). The ears are not irritated by metal, I like that there is a groove for the sealing ring. I accidentally received three 8mm cones and only one 10mm cone but was a pleasure to work with. What else is there to say? They taper to stretch the lobes. They work. Lubricate their petals with some 5W40 or brake fluid (my personal choice) or trans fluid (they're the same. Color is up to you). Beat the bad guys in there and wait a week or two before stretching again (depending on how quickly you recover). Mine healed weekly. I bought this set because I removed my sensors years ago and wanted to wear them again but didn't realize how small the holes are. The sensors themselves are great and even have some weight to stretch the ears. My only complaint is that they really don't seem thick enough for your ears as you get bigger. By the time I got to 00, I couldn't wear corks anymore because they weren't big enough for my earlobes. Otherwise a great set and I would highly recommend this to anyone involved with sizing…

This is normal. However, it is always best to use dead stretch with glass stoppers or bandage tape. I only found out after buying the set. Tapers can really damage your ears by creating stress due to injury. Please keep this in mind, especially for larger sizes. You should never use larger than smaller cones. Blunt force trauma damages your ears. I personally had trouble with 14g when I started out as the ends of the tunnels are not beveled or follow a cone, but again, cones should not be used.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to use this set yet as I needed 16 gram cones and unfortunately this one only fits 14 grams but it tapers very well to allow for smooth placement. Definitely a purchase recommendation if you are a beginner and knead your ears at home. I bought acrylic cones first, but everyone agrees that you should definitely use stainless steel or titanium cones for proper healing. Going from a 20 (common earring piercing size) to a 14 for my husband was easy! He used this product with jojoba oil that he bought from Revain.
